Video Games Live

So, VGL rolls into KC on 11/9/2005 at the Midland Theater.

It's a touring orchestrated show involving all the best video game music done with symphony, choir, and other instrumentation as necessary.

I've read about. I've heard about it. I've listened to the previews.

I've got to go. Someone better be awesome enough to go with me.

Oh god, I can't stop squealing with delight everytime I play the "Pre-Show Festival" clip on their site that has the Mario music playing.

The only downside that since this is a symphony event, you can expect symphony pricing. Typically 30 - 55 depending on if you want to hear well, or actually see it too.
